Building Customer-

Centric Brands

(Short Course)

Course description

Course overview

Customers rarely choose a brand on product alone. They choose the brand that is easier to deal with, remembers what they need and fixes problems fast. This Building Customer-Centric Brands short course will help you understand how to put the customer at the heart of every business decision and build a brand that earns long-term loyalty.

Led by an industry expert, the course introduces the knowledge and practical strategies needed to build and sustain a customer-centric brand, from understanding your customers at a deeper level to designing the customer experience, measuring loyalty and building the internal culture that delivers. Customer-centricity is critical to every business decision, because in a world where products and prices are easily copied, the customer experience is increasingly the only durable competitive advantage.

The course covers several key topics, including the business case for customer-centricity, customer personas and journey mapping, customer experience design, customer value and loyalty metrics, internal branding, the role of digital, data and AI, and implementation. Students build their knowledge through practical sessions and real brand examples such as Amazon, MTN, Ritz-Carlton and Netflix, working at a pace that suits their schedule.

As a guide, the total commitment is approximately 8 hours, spread across 2 days. This includes core materials, discussions, and practical tasks.
